 We can have up to 10 only on conference, so text it is.

 So how has everyone's first part of 2010 been going?

 Trying to find a home.

 one that doesn't charge fees, because we are not for profit and no money in the till.

 Tried to make money with the quilt ad on our site, but no ads coming in.

 How about we talk today about trying to improve the group, since we are headed down that path?

 We used to have Flings, twice each year. Online parties, really.

 that is why we are migrating off Skype

 numbers went down as soon as we went to that system.

 what were you on before skype and can you go back to it?

 we had a donor give up free space on their online chatroom.

 yeah Who Wants to be a Millionare had o ditch Skype too

 This is why we need our own online chatroom

 Meredith was on there Monday saying that phone a friend was no longer a lifeline

 We can do a virtual conference, but only 10 here, a conference call or chatroom.

 Xarah: so maybe we need to make a list of the chatrooms that are out there and make a list of the features we want/need so that we can find what's right for the group

 that's the rub. Need volunteer helpers to do these types of things and help organize events. But everyone is too busy.

 well as soon as you get the chat room location figured out I wouldn't mind hosting a chat once or twice a month

 I think we should start with that. Than it is easier to develop the other parts as we have something to tell to others what we win from being in this group.

 maybe act more like a cooperative of sorts

 well, that is ok in a small group. When the group is big you need more than an hour for it

 Maybe reserve 10 minutes of the chat time for accountability time.

 Have one or two share.

 I think it works best one on one, personally

 Okay, that being the case we need to know who wants to participate and then we can partner up.

 I think it is better to partner on our own schedules with one up to 4 to do that. That way we really can help each other.

 I think since this is the year for the entrepreneur having accountability for entrepreneurs is key
