Coachrose (2008/03/05 - 13:09): Therapy works on deeper roots in a person's life. The therapist receives more specific training, medical, etc. aspects of those roots then a coach.
gmarks (2008/03/05 - 13:09): Tamara, that is usual, fear of what others will think is a base cause sometimes for many of us.
Coachrose (2008/03/05 - 13:09): A coach takes you where you are and helps you move to where you want to go. If there are roots that come up, a good coach will refer you to a therapist or vice versa.
gmarks (2008/03/05 - 13:10): or perhaps fear of the unknown.
TamaraWilson (2008/03/05 - 13:10): that makes sense
Coachrose (2008/03/05 - 13:10): I don't find it easy to put myself out there either and I've been in therapy and coaching for quite some time.
